SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are established according to rules that consider the volume, mass, number of items and/or amount of the order.

DELIVERY

We take all necessary measures to execute your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally received within 2-4 working days after payment has been received. 

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of payment.

All shipments are provided with a tracking number available on request.

Wildsuits SAS is not responsible for any delay due to an error on the part of the third party that makes the delivery. 

Although very rare, you must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 48 hours of receipt.

Bien que très rares, vous devez nous aviser de tout article endommagé durant le transport dans les 24 heures suivant sa réception.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to availability. Stocks are updated automatically, however, if the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it or refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment.

DELIVERY LOCATIONSS

The products on the website can be delivered within Europe and French overseas departments and territories. For orders outside the European Union, they will be treated on a case by case basis by our after order team. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us. Hello@wildsuits.fr
